Data recovery. Many data recovery companies routinely charge
$1,000s for getting your data if you cannot see it. If you're data is
there (but you can't see it) I can very likely access it without you having to
spend big bucks.
Hardware troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades. These include
memory upgrades, hard drive replacement, DVD or CD writer installation, network
card installation & configuration, and most everything hardware
related. I'll install anything that makes sense.
Software upgrades, troubleshooting and configuration.
Windows 7, Vista (when necessary), Windows
XP, QuickBooks, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher), etc. Virus software and firewall
installation, configuration and training for proper use.
Windows 7, Vista, XP: We support them all. Windows 7 advice,
maintenance and
troubleshooting. Prior to Vista's release all Dawn's clients were
warned not to buy the operating system. If you already have it, we
can still work with you.

Disaster Recovery, Virus/Spyware Removal & Prevention

Sometimes viruses are caught by virus scanners before they have
significantly compromised or damaged a system. Other times these
scripts do significant damage to a computer's operating system before a
virus scanner locates and stops them. In either case the issue
should be
addressed by a qualified technician. You can successfully recover from virus infections and implement measures to
reduce the occurrence of future infections. Let Dawn help you to

ABOUT COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Over the years Dawn has volunteered with Communities in
Schools and the Brunswick County Schools Technology Department. She shares
career information with youths in Brunswick County--even showing students how to
take computers apart and put them back together. Working
with our schools has given Dawn opportunities to share her love of technology
with students in our schools. Her
continued involvement the local schools has been a very positive experience!
ABOUT EDUCATION
As a Certified Novell Engineer Dawn has extensive
training. The Novell CNE is known in the industry to be particularly
difficult to attain. Dawn has attained three CNE certifications.
Over eleven years in the computer repair industry--as a business owner and
